The aim of each session is to get something down on paper.
Imagine physically removing unhelpful thoughts and worries from your head and writing them down, so they live on a page and not in your brain. Then we can do whatever you want with that paper.
Together we will work out the most helpful techniques for you, to have that feeling of weight being lifted.
We talk it through, and get it Noted.

Office wellbeing is hugely important. Members of your staff can book a time slot to have a session during work.
This can be anything from a chance to give the mind a break from a busy day at work to wanting to have a chat about life in general and personal wellbeing.

I will spend half a day at your school, with the option of group sessions for younger students, teaching some simple mindfulness techniques. And I offer 1-1 sessions for slightly older students.
I know it can be daunting making that first move towards talking to someone. There are many different options out there, it can be overwhelming.
That's why I'm offering this consultation, an informal chat to talk about those first steps in seeking help or guidance.
Basically let's kick back and have a chat.
A chance to relax, have a vent and I can offer support and advice that you can take or leave.
