I created Noted because I understand what it feels like when your mind is carrying too much at once. My background combines creative work, structured thinking, and a long-standing interest in mental wellbeing. Over the years, I’ve developed practical ways to slow things down, organize thoughts, and help people see things more clearly again. Noted brings those ideas together in a simple format: structured conversations that provide individuals with protected time to step out of the noise and think things through properly. Outside of Noted, I’m also a parent, which has given me a deep appreciation for how full and demanding life can become, highlighting the importance of having space to pause and make sense of things for better mental wellbeing.
